Design
A design is a concept of either an object, a process, or a system that is specific and, in most cases, detailed. Design refers to something that is or has been intentionally created by a thinking agent, though it is sometimes used to refer to the nature of something. The design usually has to satisfy certain goals and constraints; may take into account aesthetic, functional, economic, or socio-political considerations; and is expected to interact with a certain environment.

Scuba diving is a mode of underwater diving whereby divers use breathing equipment that is completely
independent of a
surface air supply, and therefore has a limited but variable endurance. The name "scuba", an acronym for
"Self-Contained Underwater Breathing Apparatus", was coined by Christian J. Lambertsen in a patent submitted
in 1952.
Scuba diving may be performed for a number of reasons, both personal and professional. Recreational diving is
done
purely for enjoyment and has a number of technical disciplines.
Dogs
The dog is a domesticated descendant of the wolf. It is derived from extinct Pleistocene wolves, and the
modern wolf is the dog's nearest living
relative. Dogs were the first species to be domesticated over 15,000 years ago.
"The most widespread form of interspecies bonding occurs between humans and dogs" and the keeping of dogs as
companions, particularly by elites, has a long history.
"Man's best friend" is a common phrase used to describe dogs, referring to their millennia-long
history of
close relations, loyalty, friendship, and companionship with humans.
